Candidate with CA and ACCA profile doesn't matter passed or failed but should have good Fund Accounting knowledgeFund Accounting Hedge Fund/Private Equity/Public Fund DO:
(Job Description) Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projection or wires system. Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack. Process capital call and distribution. Prepare and issue partners capital statements (PCAP). Preparation of Financial statements (FS TB, SOEC, BS, P&L etc) as per US GAAP/IFRS. Handling audit/Investors queries in timely manner. Prepare ad hoc/customized report for fund and investors. Provide training to new joiners. Fair understanding of Equity, FNO, Fixed Income, Money Market etc. products. Knowledge of Advent Geneva will be added advantage. Display (Desired Skills) Good Financial and financial reporting knowledge. Sound analytical skills Fair understanding of legal documents and its interpretation. Sound accounting knowledge Good communication skills, client orientation.
