Position Overview:
Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for operations, finance, and client relations? Qode Advisors is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our portfolio operations, maintaining client relations, ensuring seamless communication and execution of trades. If you excel in mathematics, have top-notch Python, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and are ready to take on a dynamic role in the world of finance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Reporting:
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all clients of our Portfolio Management Service (PMS).
• Create compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
• Handle all aspects of client accounts, including openings, closures, fund transfers, and share transfers.
• Provide clients with Net Asset Value (NAV), portfolio reports, and other requested documents through our platform.
• Handle day-to-day operations of the fund including trade settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal and external policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on fund performance, risks, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with our investors and clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee and manage the portfolio of investments, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
Execution and Allocation:
• Prepare and organize files for trade execution and allocation, ensuring precise calculations and documentation
• Execute trades on platforms like Zerodha, Upstox with precision and accuracy.
