Key Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter in Fusion CX Mumbai:
• High-Volume Sourcing and Screening
• Using multiple sourcing channels like job portals, social media, job fairs, walk-in drives, and employee referrals to attract large pools of candidates.
• Conducting initial screenings through telephonic or video interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Building and maintaining a robust database of potential candidates for future requirements.
• Organizing Recruitment Drives
• Planning and executing large-scale recruitment events, including job fairs, open houses, and campus hiring drives.
• Ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, scheduling, and follow-up for high-volume recruitment initiatives.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand bulk hiring requirements and specific skill sets needed for roles.
