Job Role Overview

At our organization, we are looking for a seasoned professional to undertake critical credit audit responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating lending business practices and identifying potential weaknesses in credit risk evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Performing credit audits as per the Risk Based Audit Plan
• Review of credit due diligence process, documentation, and post-sanction conditions review
• Identifying potential weaknesses in credit risk evaluation, credit monitoring, and overall credit related processes, and recommending appropriate corrective actions
• Conducting Independent financial analysis and identifying miss outs, if any, in credit assessment notes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• CA/MBA qualified or 1-5 years' experience in credit audit (working capital and term loan products) or credit underwriting
• Knowledge about corporate credit analysis for working capital and term loan products, assessment, and monitoring, Trade products; policies, key regulatory requirements
• Understanding of banking business processes and internal controls related to lending area

Job description
Business Analyst Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand system integration and assist in resolving issues.
• Support data migration activities and help prepare documentation and training materials.
• Liaise between finance users and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, or related fields.
• Freshers with strong interest in SAP S/4HANA Finance are encouraged to apply.
