FoundingTeams.ai is an AI accelerator and talent platform. We enable AI and Tech founders to hire commercial and technical teams for their startups. We also hold a demo day in front of Angel and VC investors.
We work with startups from top accelerators like Ycombinator and TechStars. We are currently hiring for avsolutions.org.uk . This is a Ycombinator funded startup. They are building the future of face recognition payment systems for both retail and e-commerce.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Lead Data Engineer at avsolutions.org.uk . The Lead Data Engineer will be responsible for managing and developing data pipelines, conducting data analysis, implementing data modeling, and leading a team of data engineers. Additionally, the Lead Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions.
Qualifications
• Min 6+ years in Python, MLL, AI, and LLM good with Machine learning languages.
• Good to have experience working with Payment gateways and Fintech
• Good to have experience in NLP/MFA
• Good to have Bio-metric knowledge
• Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Data Modeling skills
• Experience in managing and developing data pipelines
• Leadership and team management skills
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with database technologies and cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts is a plus

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Call our potential learners (UNSAT Test Takers) and make them active on our platform, thereby increasing engagement.
• Post Engagement, convert these learners into paid subscribers.
• Respond quickly to assigned leads.
• Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes.
• Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards as set by the company.
• You will be responsible for handling 150 – 200 calls per day, getting a connected Talk Time of 4 hours and activating 15-20 users on our platform daily.
• Counsel students and parents for our platform.
• Go the extra mile to meet the activation quota on our platform and facilitate future sales.
Requirements:
• Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Proven experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, Telesales & Client Servicing in the EdTech sector or as an Education Counsellor is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
• Negotiation, Pitching and dealing with clients.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set.
• Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
