The role of the video editor at Lucihub will create visually striking videos alogned with the clients goals and messaging quickly delivering top-tier content. The candidate must have meticulous attention to rythem, flow and detail of the visual narrative and a comprehensive understanding of premier pro. This role demands the ability to produce high-quality content with short deadlines to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. • Enhance video quality through color correction, color grading, and adjusting lighting and audio levels.
• Utilize video editing software and tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, software advancements, and industry trends to continuously improve video quality and storytelling.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring quick delivery to meet project deadlines.
• Understands branding guidelines and how to utilize a company’s style guides such as fonts, colors, and logos.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role, with a strong diverse portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creative storytelling abilities.

• At least 3 years of experience in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of video editng principles, techniques, and industry-standard best practices.
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, compositon, color theory, and audio editing techniques.

• Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.

• Experience with assuming ownership and delivering quickly in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptability to AI Tools – Willingness to learn and integrate AI-powered editing tools.
• Motion Graphics & Animation – Experience with After Effects or similar software is a plus but can be learned.
• Experience with Short-Form Content – Familiarity with editing for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Client Communication – Ability to understand feedback and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
