About the Role...
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and well-presented Gaming Room Attendant to ensure a high level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing prompt, friendly customer-focused advice and assistance to members and guests on machine and loyalty system operations, including carrying out minor repairs and machine maintenance.
Provide food and beverage services to gaming patrons quickly and efficiently.
To handle all cash and gaming-associated transactions efficiently, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
Maintain a clean, organised environment free of any hazards
About you…
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work as a team
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
a solutions-focused mindset and the skills necessary to troubleshoot problems as needed
A great work ethic with an honest and genuine approach to getting the job done
Trustworthy and reliable
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
Experience and Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of gaming experience
Current Qld RSA and RSG
Experience in TAB, Keno, Bar and Reception would be advantageous
