What will my duties include?
Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
What we are looking for:
Current Victorian Responsible Service of ******* Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Customer service skills.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
