Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Stoney's Club in Bacchus Marsh. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
Stoney’s is located in beautiful Bacchus Marsh Victoria, approximately 50km west of Melbourne. Set on the edge of the Werribee River, the hotel captures the tranquility of the town’s traditional relaxed garden market character.

What will my duties include?
Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
What we are looking for:
Current Victorian Responsible Service of ******* Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Customer service skills.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
