Garden Center Merchandiser positions are available for Immediate Hire!
You will be working at the local Home Depot Garden Center with perennials and houseplants supplied by Hampshire Farms. You would be employed and paid by Compass Staffing.
Must be able to work mornings (7am start), weekdays, weekends and holidays. Must be able to start work within 1 week. These are part time morning/afternoon positions with up to 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements Include:
• Setting up/organizing plants onto display tables per specifications.
• Watering, pruning, and inspecting plants.
• Sweeping, breaking down boxes, and cleaning the area.
• Must work mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have and use your smartphone each shift.
• Must be dependable and able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift 30-50lbs regularly as well as frequent pushing/twisting/pulling/reaching/bending.
The ideal person is self-directed, takes both initiative and direction, and is comfortable working on their own. Retail, merchandising and/or customer service experience a plus!
Plant experience is not required – training provided!
These positions also have the potential for travel to multiple locations.
