Salary: $45,000-$65,000 annual package, or $25 -$35 per hour+super

We are a growing garment alteration business committed to delivering high-quality services and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to manage customer relations and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their alteration needs.
Take accurate measurements and record detailed alteration specifications.
Provide cost estimates and issue receipts.
Organise and label garments for processing.
Communicate with customers about order status and handle inquiries or complaints.
Communicate with sewing specialists about order information
Manage payment collection and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
At least 1 year in fashion retail/ alteration business
fashion design and garment pattern making background prefered.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cost estimation.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
