Roles & Responsibilities:
Design seasonal children’s garment collections as per buyer requirements. Develop sketches, CADs, mood boards & tech packs for production. Coordinate with merchandising & sampling teams for timely product development. Research and select fabrics, trims, and ensure compliance with export quality standards. Keep track of market trends, colors, and competitor styles relevant to the Middle East
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Fashion / Apparel Design. 2–5 years of experience in the garments industry (children’s wear/export experience preferred). Strong knowledge of fabric selection, garment construction, and CAD software (Photoshop/Illustrator/CorelDRAW). Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability. Good communication and teamwork skills.
