Garment Factory manager only

garment factory manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a garment production facility. Some of their responsibilities include: Production Oversee production activities, including planning production units, production monitoring, and ensuring production targets are met Quality Ensure the quality of the finished product meets customer demands, and investigate and resolve quality issues Safety Ensure that the factory maintains safety standards and workers follow safety rules Budgeting Implement budgets, and check manpower costing to keep costs under control Coordination Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams, and with buyers to handle production issues Planning Plan production meetings, worker schedules, and machine maintenance schedules Shipment Plan shipment dispatch with the documentation and shipping department Strategy Assist in the development of the factory and organization's strategy and general business planning A garment factory manager should have a strong background in garment manufacturing, experience in managing a team, and be well-versed in quality control procedures. They should also be fluent in English, and able to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage their time.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
