Job Description
1.Internal & external communication, emails with suppliers + buyers + off team
2 Sampling to ensure sampling tech packs and requisition is given to suppliers and followed up to get this on time,
3. once received to check all measurements and stitching details and check list as given on tech packs for form and fit ( must be able to measure all style of garments )
3. Time & Action Plan to be done every Friday and a to be achieved list for the following week to be prepared
4 Preparing purchase order to supplier for fabrics, trims, cmt to factories and also for package job work
5 Accessories & trims in-housing - following up with supplier and fill Time & Action Plan
6 Getting approvals on submissions to customers - forwarding these approvals to factories - competing time action plans
7 Advising and assisting production and quality department, going to factory for Inline Inspections or checking pcs from Pilot to see if okay
8 Taking responsibility for inspections and going to factories for inline inspections
+ Giving shipping instructions and booking shipments with "transporter" and tracking shipment till it gets to buyer.
10. assisting accounts team on making e way bills + preparing packing lists+ making invoices and getting timely payments from buyers and also ensure suppliers are paid on time
11. ensuring RECO is done by factories and followed up on thoroughly - debit notes to be made accordingly with the assistance of accounts team
