About The Role
Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping our products! You’ll be at the heart of our product development process, providing essential technical support to bring our product briefs and designs to life. Your expertise will ensure we meet our WWG and customer milestones efficiently and effectively.
You’ll collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative products, evaluate samples to ensure they meet our high standards, participate in fittings to perfect our designs, ensure our products comply with industry standards, and provide valuable insights during production to maintain quality and efficiency.
This role is an initial 12-month maternity leave cover.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop specialist knowledge in garments, trims, patterns, pattern adjustments, garment fitting, or another subspeciality.
Create, maintain, file, and control versions of accurate and detailed tech packs.
Select, develop, and test trims to support product development and manufacturing.
Manage the sample request process and ensure proper briefing to factories.
Assess and comment on samples for quality, manufacture, and compliance.
Adhere to the critical path and communicate critical path milestones to factories.
Maintain Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
Coordinate sample management and product fitting activities to ensure proper sizing and fit.
Ensure correct size charts and grading templates are followed accurately and consistently.
Goldseal pre-production samples to factories and quality team within timelines.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
Experienced in working with offshore suppliers
Extensive knowledge in fit assessment and correction
knowledge in patternmaking and grading
Bachelor Degree or Certification in Product Design, Engineering and/or Textiles
Or relevant industry apprenticeship or experience
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
