Position Summary...
Working as a Stockperson/Cartpusher at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. What you'll do...
1. Assists in customer service through the collection of shopping carts from the cart corrals, parking lot and store perimeter and returns them to a safe storage location using Walmart approved procedure and ensures necessary logs are completed.
2. Responds promptly to requests at all registers and safely assists customers with carry outs or carry ins and verifies receipts for proof of purchase.
3. Follows established guidelines for occasional cleaning and maintenance of the restrooms, handling chemicals and following correct disposal procedures and the use of power equipment including inspection report completion before use.
4. Adheres to safety and emergency procedures, ensuring guidelines are being followed properly for hazardous communications, lockout/tagout and blood borne pathogens.
5. Maintains Cart Retrieval Log at Customer Service Desk.
6. Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures.
7. Promotes safety by use of personal protective equipment by wearing steel toe footwear and the proper reflective vest during cart collection for visibility.
8. Completes safety sweeps as required.

About the role
As a GCP Cloud Administrator, you will provide support for existing and implement new Cloud components used in a GenAI platform for devops and IT Teams, such as gateways, WAFs, routing, load-balancing, authentication, observability. You will lead performance and capacity management, security compliance of related cloud components.
You will work with devops and architecture teams to implement cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient, helping us deliver high-quality software products and services.
What you'll do here:
• Implement & manage Cloud infrastructure across different clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure), making sure it aligns with the company's long-term goals.
• Ability in implementing and delivering with focus on high quality results in tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with various groups including Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and Vendors to garner support, resources, and drive results throughout project lifecycle, from ideation, design, delivery, operation, and maintenance.
• Advise management on Cloud technologies and trends to guide decision-making and strategic direction.
• Promote the use of advanced Cloud solutions, including Gen AI, to support business growth.
• Execute and improve Cloud governance frameworks to manage risks, meet regulations, and ensure data security and integrity.
• Assist in the selection of Cloud technologies and tools, creating a strong ecosystem that supports our technical and business goals.
• Encourage continuous improvement, focusing on best practices for cloud architecture and management.
• Develop, test, debug, and quickly release scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud-native applications.
• Develop and improve self-service Cloud infrastructure tools and Cloud Native Application CI/CD Pipelines, empowering devops and developpers with cutting-edge solutions.
• Recommend and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiencies, making the best use of resources and vendor software.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and assess their potential impact on our business.
What you bring to the table:
• At least 5 years of experience in Cloud computing (GCP)
• Proven experience in executing cloud strategies for large organizations, with deep knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably multiple.
• Successful track record of leading cloud projects, effectively managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Extensive experience with cloud security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management; cloud security certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating technical challenges into strategic solutions that add business value.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor technical teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent documentation skills, capable of summarizing cases clearly.
• Ability to write clean and efficient code & scripts.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, and modern software development practices.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, focusing on optimizing and streamlining development workflows..
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required but must be eligible to work in Canada.
