Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Confidently plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive online lessons covering the full UK British Curriculum for GCSE and A-Level Science.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum materials.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) or a related field.
Essential: Proven teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Science within the UK British Curriculum framework.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the GCSE and A-Level standards.
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital educational tools for live, interactive lessons.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students remotely.
