We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tender Executive to manage the entire tender process, from preparation to submission, to ensure successful bid outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning tenders, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire tender process, from preparation to submission

- Develop and implement tender strategies to ensure successful bid outcomes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning tenders

- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies

- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in tender management or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in managing tenders and achieving bid wins

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with tender management software and tools

- Knowledge of industry-specific tendering regulations and guidelines

- Certification in tender management or a related field

Tender Portal:

This position will be working on the GEM portal, managing tenders and bids for various projects. The successful candidate will need to have experience working on similar portals and be familiar with the tendering process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
