Our services include design research, industrial design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing & mass-production. We have more than 80 tie-ups in China, Taiwan, and Korea for prototyping and manufacturing
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on office administration and management
2. Creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
3. Providing general support to clients and visitors at the office
4. Organizing travel and accommodation for employees and clients
5. Working on basic office management like managing office boys & coordinating with the IT team/vendor for resource asset planning & allocation
6. Planning & working on the execution of employee engagement activities - events, birthdays, annual celebrations, festivals, etc.
7. Coordinating with office service staff for cleaning and food
8. Working on being the one point contact for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and bills
+. Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets
10. Managing petty cash
11. Nurturing a positive, creative & agile working environment
12. Coordinating with the human resources team and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
13. Working on general office management, such as ordering stationery
14. Understanding the importance of deadlines and meticulous follow ups till task completion
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad, Vadodara and neighboring cities
2. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
3. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
