Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be willing to perform various tasks that support our operations. This role involves physical labor, including heavy lifting and the operation of tools and machinery. It also involves operation of semi truck and trailer, tractors, sprayers combines and other Farm equipment. Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
Assist in the operation of heavy equipment as needed for projects.
Perform heavy lifting duties, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Engage in gardening activities, including planting, weeding, and maintaining garden areas.
Irrigate plants and manage water resources effectively.
Utilize farm machinery for agricultural tasks as required.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Apply basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
Skills

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting (up to specified weight limits).
Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Familiarity with gardening practices and plant care techniques.
Competence in operating farm machinery safely.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to tasks.
