Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe and orderly work environment
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and supplies
Support team members in various departments by completing tasks as assigned
Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery with proper training
Assist with assembly and packaging of products according to specifications
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery operation is a plus
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
Flexibility to work in different departments as needed
