Duties
Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, moving and relocating materials, and organizing materials
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely around the job site
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Perform basic demolition tasks as directed, including removing old fixtures or structures
Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision to assist with construction activities
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met efficiently
Experience
Prior experience in construction or general labor roles is preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements
Willing to work indoors and outdoors
