Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Labourer to assist with daily operations on our enclosed apartment building construction site. They will report directly to the Site Manager and sometimes act as the site manager assistant. The construction site has already been under development for a few years, so the apartment building has completed its drywall and mud work and is underway on painting. So you won't be outside in the cold or rain. This job demands general cleaning, managing the construction debris bins, maintaining organized work areas, and keeping the site safe. Additional responsibilities may include performing inventory counts, checking which units have been painted or are missing rods, noting missing items, and helping to reorganize rooms. You will also provide support to various trades on-site as needed, and work closely with the site manager to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, physically fit, and comfortable adapting to a variety of duties in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be considered a jack of all trades, needed to handle any variety of things that may come up that we need a hand with.
