Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a General Labourer who has concrete experience to join the team at the Cambie Street Bridge Project in Vancouver!
Shifts are 5 days on 2 days off – chance to work overtime (this may include extended hours/ weekends/ or possible afternoon & night shift) if site requires.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with concrete pours
Assisting with concrete formwork, stripping formwork
Backfilling
Equipment operating of telehandler or bobcat
General site cleanup and housekeeping
Review work area for damages
Assist with other duties as required
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
Experience with operating a Telehandler & Bobcat considered an asset
Must have safety tickets: CSTS/ WHMIS, & Fall Pro
Have experience working with concrete will be considerd an asset
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, walk on uneven ground
Capable of learning through on the job training
Reliable transportation
Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada
