What You’ll Do
• Own and maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, reclasses, and adjustments
• Play a key role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and proactively investigate variances
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Partner with auditors by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses
• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Analyze financial data to uncover insights and recommend corrective actions
