Job Description
Location: Pune
Experience: 2–4 years (1–2 years in General Ledger)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the knowledge manager for accounting documentation, updates, and version control
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all financial deliverables
• Perform journal entry processing and ensure timely closures
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and assist in month-end reporting
• Manage fixed asset accounting, ensuring compliance with internal policies
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (CA Inter / ICWA Inter preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A), with at least 1–2 years in General Ledger
• Strong functional/domain knowledge in F&A processes
• Good people management and team coordination skills
• Proven ability to analyze data, simplify processes, and drive efficiencies
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
