TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance
Prior documented work experience in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electrical work
EPA certification Type I, II, or III required
Must maintain licenses and/or credentials required for this position.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Must possess the ability to interact well with others in a team setting ability or alone and be able to change jobs on short notice.
Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
