Job Description
To understand the project drawings for RCC design, steel structures, pile foundations, Pre-engineered building (PEB) and equipment foundations to ensure the construction work as per approved design and drawing for all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, structural and infrastructure works.
Plan and co-ordinate all aspects of the project construction process with the contractors.
Perform all daily inspection and tests under the scope to accomplish the quality of construction indicated in the drawings/specifications for all works performed by the contractor.
Conducting weekly review meeting with Contractor at site to assess the construction progress as per schedule and to understand the bottlenecks of various activities.
Carry out inspection and checking for all quality measures and ensures the work methodology adopted at the site is as per approved Field quality (FQP) and method statement.
Plan and Liaising with Project team and Procurement team for delivery of construction material.
Desirables
Knowledge of construction methodologies processes
Knowledge of Engineering Concepts Construction Processes
Knowledge of Quality Auditing policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Knowledge of Quality Systems Certifications
Project planning and monitoring skills
Knowledge of SAP and other Software Packages
Management of complex infrastructure contracts
