Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations for a reputed organization in Delhi. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15–20 years of experience, including a strong background in the hospitality and/or aviation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Develop financial strategies that align with business goals
• Drive cost optimization, cash flow management, and profitability improvements
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and business insights
• Manage internal controls, audits, and financial risk management
• Work closely with top management to influence key business decisions
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and legal advisors
• Lead and mentor the finance team for high performance
Candidate Profile:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15–20 years of post-qualification experience
• Background in hospitality and/or aviation sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting and taxation standards
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and strategic thinking abilities
• High proficiency in financial modeling, MIS, and ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
