The role includes financial planning, project finance, fund management, compliance, taxation, MIS, budgeting, and strategic financial decision-making across multiple projects.The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, optimizing cash flows, and supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & LeadershipLead the Finance & Accounts function for the organizationDevelop financial strategies aligned with business growth plansProvide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadershipDrive profitability and cost optimization across projectsEvaluate investment opportunities and project feasibility2. Project Finance & Real Estate AccountingHandle project-wise budgeting, costing, and financial trackingMonitor project cash flows and funding requirementsEnsure revenue recognition as per real estate accounting standardsManage construction finance and vendor paymentsWork closely with project and sales teams for financial planning3. Budgeting & Financial PlanningPrepare annual budgets and rolling forecastsMonitor actuals vs budgets and analyze variancesPrepare financial models for new real estate projectsManage working capital and liquidity planning4. Fund Raising & BankingLiaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutionsManage project finance, term loans, and working capitalOversee loan documentation and complianceHandle investor relations and funding requirementsManage escrow accounts and project funding structures5. Accounts & Financial ReportingOversee day-to-day accounting operationsEnsure timely closing of books (monthly/quarterly/annual)Prepare financial statements and management reportsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and policiesManage audit schedules and financial documentation6. Compliance & TaxationEnsure compliance with statutory regulationsHandle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filingsManage RERA financial complianceCoordinate with auditors, consultants, and legal advisorsEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements7. MIS & Business ReportingPrepare MIS reports for management reviewTrack project profitability and marginsMonitor sales collections and receivablesDevelop dashboards for financial performance8.
