RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build a human resources policy and strategy to help guide, motivate and nurture our staffOverlook payroll and devise offers/salary structure based on best practicesDraft job profiles for new positions identified by managers and help screen/shortlist candidatesInduct new staff and conduct periodic training sessions on HR policies as/when requiredCollaborate with managers to draft KPIs for staff and conduct regular performanceappraisalsManage all staff employment communications from induction through to termination in compliance with the Labour LawProactively seek new talent and assess resource utilization to flag under/over-staffing issuesProvide strategic insights into evolving HR policies, practices and regulationsTravel to, and represent us at recruitment events outside the city/country when necessary
REQUIREMENT:
A specialization in human resources, preferably with an MBA.5+ years managing human resources processes in an SME, including compensation and benefits, recruitment and appraisals.
Excellent English communication, planning, negotiation and analytical skills.
