Job Description
1. As the Head of HR business partnering vertical, to develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure that HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the evolving organization.
2. To design and institutionalize processes, systems, and tools to identify and segment talent pool, design career movements, create succession plan for strategic and critical roles across the organization.
3. To develop and delivery of robust learning and development initiatives which are aligned to the business priorities and challenges.
4. To monitor effectiveness of Human Resource processes and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
5. To build a culture that will deliver a strategic advantage to business.
6. To anchor and drive the effective use and migration of Tech Technology.
7. To strategically collaborate with and build relationships across functional divisions and key external stakeholders.
8. To create interventions around reward and recognition programs and develop employee recognition strategies to manage talent and pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification : MBA in Human Resource Management
Work Experience : 20+ years experience in HR and having handled a strategic functional role.
Special Requirements
1. Demonstrated leadership ability, ideally spent last 4-6 years in a leadership role in Real Estate
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with functional peers and employees across the organization.
4. Demonstrable maturity, professionalism, and gravitas.
5. Strategic mindset with ability to think of People structure which will drive accountability across the organization.
6. Ability to manage complex situations and change management.
7. Strategic and cultural fit: strong partnering skills, a practical down to earth approach, willing to collaborate, self-driven, able to be leading through influencing vs. authority, long term approach, an analytical view of decision making.
8. Strong experience across Strategic HR, Change Management, Talent acquisition, Performance Management Systems, Talent development, Compensation and Benefits, Statutory compliances.
