The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Head HR for the Organization
- Devise & Manage the yearly HR plan & Strategy
- Manage the entire hire to retire cycle for the organization
- Manage all aspects of Performance Appraisal, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Engagement, Rewards etc.
