Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations across two manufacturing plants, ensuring smooth workflows, efficiency, and productivity.
Lead and coordinate with plant managers, quality managers, and production teams to achieve production targets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
Optimize processes, reduce costs, and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and boost revenue.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
Maintain relationships with key customers and negotiate contracts to achieve growth targets.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to align product offerings.
Team Management and Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate plant and sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Set performance metrics, review progress, and implement training programs.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
Define short-term and long-term business strategies to scale operations and profitability.
Plan and execute expansion projects, investments, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in Operations and Sales management, preferably in manufacturing/engineering industries.
Education: MBA in Operations/Marketing or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production preferred).
Leadership Skills: Strong team management, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC machining, sheet metal, plastic molding, and assembly processes.
ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Odoo preferred) for managing operations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client handling and reporting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve production, quality, and customer issues effectively.
