Job Summary: The Manager will be responsible for managing teachers and Franchise, Creating and Appointing New Franchise, Developing new Abacus Centers, and Marketing to get new student admissions. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, managing budgets, maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the franchise business
• Manage Teachers and franchise owners, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing regular communication and support
• Create and appoint new franchisees in targeted regions, manage the entire franchise application process and work with them to ensure a successful start to their business
• Develop new Abacus centers in targeted regions, oversee the construction and hiring process and work with the team to ensure successful operations
• Execute marketing strategies to attract new students and franchisees
• Conduct Demo and Other Marketing Campaigns
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the franchise business, ensuring that revenue and expenses are in line with projections
• Identify areas for improvement in operations and make recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all franchise agreements and legal requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with franchisees or partners
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

We have Multiple Centers all over Goa at different locations, The Manager is required to Manage and Coordinate all the Centers throughout Goa, thus will have to Travel different places across Goa.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
