Description
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA/ PGDBA from IIM A, B, C, L, K, I, XLRI or ISB only with Marketing specialization
- Industry - BFSI, Fintech, Tech preferred
The Role :
- Looking for self-motivated marketing professional. Someone who has good understanding of Digital Marketing, Lead sourcing, Campaign development and execution.
- Person will be responsible for single handedly running digital marketing campaigns, PR through various platforms- digital, print etc., running lead generation campaigns.
- As Marketing Manager, the candidate will be leading all BTL activations Sales Promotions, Events, Sponsorships etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop AOP for Marketing and follow-up activities as per calendar
- Track competition and keep high degree of focus in creating a Brand and Unique differentiation
- All campaigns including digital, brand building, performance marketing to be tracked for productivity, CAC and outputs
- Optimize marketing budgets against deliverables
- Partner with all business functions, especially sales (Supply & Demand to develop strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives
- Brand development, Consumer intervention & insights and PR
- External agency management
