General Manager – Commercial Cleaning
Melbourne Location - Hybrid (National Role) | ahs hospitality | Commercial Cleaning Division
Are you a strategic operator with deep expertise in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or soft FM?
At ahs hospitality, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth – and we’re looking for a General Manager to take the reins of our Commercial Cleaning division and lead it nationally. This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll own P&L, lead multi-site operations, drive growth, and deliver on service excellence across high-profile commercial and hospitality clients.
About the Role
As our GM – Commercial Cleaning, you’ll:
Lead national delivery of large-scale cleaning contracts
Build and manage a high-performing, multi-state operational team
Drive customer success through service delivery and stakeholder engagement
Oversee budget, margins, compliance, and continuous improvement
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and support bid estimation
What We’re Looking For
You’re a proven operator who:
Has executive-level experience in commercial cleaning, hotel services, or facilities management
Knows how to run complex, multi-site operations efficiently and profitably
Leads with people-first values and a client-centric mindset
Can engage strategically while still willing to get into the detail
Thrives in growth environments and has experience scaling operations
