Job Description
1. Formulate year-round strategic planning, explore market opportunities;
2. Establish the company's organization system and business system, responsible for the construction of the senior management team, select the middle and senior management personnel, develop the company's internal management structure, setup program and basic management system;
3. Lead the construction of supply chain team and establish a perfect supply chain management system to ensure the company's business development;
4. Be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the India company;
5. Maintain the government and external major customer relationships and localization construction;
6. Prevent the customer complaints and strengthen the risk management
Requirement：
1. Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and management of the Indian subsidiary; Including but not limited to marketing management, technical management, assembly manufacturing, project management, and other matters in the Indian region;
2. Manufacturing industry background, with automotive non-standard equipment production line design and manufacturing and other related industry background is preferred, such as automotive powertrain equipment, welding equipment, etc;
3. Familiar with the automotive industry upstream and downstream customers and suppliers, with the automotive industry customer relationship resources is preferred;
4. Science and engineering related professional background, mechanical design, automation and other professional background is preferred.
