Desired Candidate Profile ( MUST BE FROM 3PL / LOGISTICS COMPANY) • Have handled the operations of 2-3 regions of India, at a time • Have handled a team of 50+ managers/warehouses • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent knowledge of SCM • Good knowledge of industry Software and applications • Excellent knowledge of logistics, Supply chain and warehousing industry. • Experience in management, operations, and leadership positions. • Solid understanding of financial management. • Advanced negotiation skills. • Knowledge of Risk Management concepts • Ensure that the company environment is a productive, safe and positive place to work. Roles and Responsibilities: • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships. • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness • Handle unfavorable events tactfully and prepare control strategies. • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs • Tracking stock levels. • Looking at ways to improve supply chain networks. • Monitoring overall performance to make sure targets are met • Accountable for entire sites P&L warehouse, transportation, and facilities. • Lead managers who are well-trained, motivated, and ready to support your direction. • Build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. • Physical verification of Inventory at regular interval, warehouse management.
