An incumbent should be working in any reputed API/Agro Technical Manufacturing Organisation wit combined exposure to both Quality Control and Quality Assurance handling a large team of subordinates under him.

Qualifications - MSc or PhD in relevant field
Experience - Sixteen to twenty-six years in Agrochemicals or API companies
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Lead and mentor the quality team
- Conduct audits and manage quality improvement initiatives
Skills:
- Strong leadership and strategic planning
