QUALIFICATION:
• MBA in Supply Chain Management / MBA in Material & Logistic Management
• Graduate in Pharmacy will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE:
• 8 to 10 Years
• Hospital Experience will be an added advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the hospital Inventory requirements
• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Inspect the levels of hospital supplies and raw material to identify shortages
• Ensure product stock is adequate and can cover the demand from departments across the hospital
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Have ROLs set for all major inventory material and ensure that orders are placed well in time to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies
• Analyze current data to anticipate future needs and also assess whether demand for certain inventory is cyclical in nature
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management in the course of business/work whether within the same unit/dept or any other unit/dept from time to time
