Overview
The General Medicine MD DNB Consultant role at Medico-Hub is pivotal for delivering top-notch healthcare services to our patients. Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive medical consultations to patients with diverse health issues.
• Establish accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
• Collaborate with specialists for multi-disciplinary care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care.
• Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in medicine.
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff.
• Contribute to research projects and clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• MD in General Medicine or equivalent DNB qualification.
• State medical license to practice in Rajasthan.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a tertiary care setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines and medical protocols.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
• Experience in teaching or training medical students is preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialect is a plus.
• Proficient in conducting patient education sessions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in community outreach programs.
