Are you an experienced office professional with current knowledge with Export & Import administration, Purchasing Administration, and Purchase Ledger Accounts? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Litron Lasers is a dynamic and growing company with a small, dedicated administration team. We value collaboration, a positive attitude, and a willingness to tackle any challenge.

We are looking for an all-rounder that can support existing team members and has a ‘can do’ willing attitude to be part of the team and learn all areas of the Finance and Administration functions which includes Export & Import and Purchasing administration as well as Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support with handling Export & Import administration, ensuring all procedures comply with regulations.
• Support with Purchasing Administration tasks, including processing orders and maintaining records.
• Support with Purchase Ledger Accounts, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Utilise Excel and Word for various administrative tasks and reporting.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members and external customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Export & Import administration, Purchasing Administration, and Purchase Ledger Accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, 'can do' attitude is essential.
