Job Description
Role Title:General Physician As a General Practitioner (GP), you will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to patients of all ages. You'll diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, manage chronic illnesses, and offer preventive care. Your role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for patients. Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments. Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses. Prescribe medication and appropriate treatment plans. Provide counselling on lifestyle, health, and disease prevention. : Maintain ongoing relationships with patients for continuous care. Monitor and manage chronic conditions, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary. : Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care. Stabilize patients before transferring to specialized facilities if required. : Educate patients on preventive measures and healthy lifestyle choices. Conduct screenings for diseases and risk factors. : Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers. : Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs). Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations. : Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Stay updated with advancements in medical knowledge and technology. : Engage in community health programs or outreach activities. Foster relationships within the community to promote health awareness. : Pursue continuous medical education to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain licensure and certifications. : Uphold ethical standards in accordance with medical regulations and guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and medical software Collaborative Environment Professional Development Ethical Practice Opportunities for Leadership Continuous Improvement Education :MBBS,M.B.B.S. with certifications in Diabetology, General Medicine would be an added advantage.
