• Role: General Sales Manager
• Location: Retail showroom locations (US-based)
• Compensation: $70,400 annual base + $27K-$40K incentives

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and develop sales teams including Assistant Managers and associates
• Analyze sales data to set targets, optimize inventory, and implement revenue strategies
• Ensure showroom excellence through visual merchandising, operations, and customer service standards
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and financial performance reporting
Essential Qualifications
• Proven retail sales leadership with strong team development experience
• Analytical skills for sales metrics, inventory optimization, and financial management
• Excellent communication for coaching, hiring, and customer relationship building
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
