We have a team of over 150 highly passionate and dedicated individuals that make sure our customers get a great customer experience, which is why we are looking for team members that is customer focused, and can work in a fast paced environment to deliver a great customer experience.
ABOUT THE ROLES
We are looking for a Checkout Operator, Grocery Assistant and Produce Assistants that help with the day-to-day running of the departments. Some other key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Assisting in replenishment of products.
Handling customer queries
Undertaking additional housekeeping as required
Follow Health and Safety Policy, Food Safety Policy and compliance procedures in the store.
Assisting in other areas of the store as required
Here is what you NEED to be considered:
Customer Service experience in retail or hospitality is a MUST!
Flexible with days/hours of work
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
A can-do attitude
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
Right to work in New Zealand
