Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Lead who can take full ownership of all things marketing. This is a generalist role in a fast-paced startup environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a zero-to-one environment and can build, execute, and scale our marketing efforts from the ground up. This role will involve everything from strategy development to hands-on execution across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive, full-scale marketing strategy aligned with Dezime’s business goals and growth objectives.
• Create a product launch roadmap, including key deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine Dezime’s positioning and messaging.
2. Digital Marketing & SEO
• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Lead and implement social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Design, deploy, and track targeted digital ad campaigns to reach and engage our target audience.
3. Content Creation & Management
• Develop content marketing plans, overseeing the creation of blog posts, newsletters, social media content, videos, etc.
• Strategize and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead nurturing.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content and marketing materials.
4. Brand & Market Positioning
• Strengthen and refine Dezime’s brand positioning, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and establish Dezime as a leader in the interior design and build space.
5. Agency and Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, including PR, design, and digital ad agencies.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns and optimise results.
6. Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Track and analyse key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Build a robust sales funnel, working closely with the sales team to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Present regular reports on campaign performance and growth impact to senior management.
7. Growth hacking
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture them, and drive conversions.
• Support sales initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement tactics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
