Job Description Our client is looking for Generalist Executive in Mumbai
Desired candidate should have;
• Experience with leave management
• Experience with creation of offer letter , appointment letters ect
• Good at understanding employee grievances and solving them
• Knowledge of statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity ect
• Experience with conducting employee engagement activities
Exp - 2 Years + as a generalist
Qualification :
Any Graduate
Candidate should be ready to work
