Responsibilities
• Provide customer support by voice, chat, and email responses
• Manage online sales, orders, and customer support on the company Website, eBay, and Amazon
• Build strong customer relationship
• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
• Need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
Requirements
• Good communication in the German and English Language
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. This skill set can possibly be the most important part of identifying problems within the organization and having the capability to evaluate the relevant action required.
• German Language Level B1 and Above
• Excellent learning ability and innovation mindset
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Chat, and Email Writing
