Roles, Tasks, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Candidates must be able to:
· Speak, Listen, Write and Read German language flawlessly and professionally.
· Teach German language from A1 - B2 levels on a professional level, covering all four modules (speaking, listening, writing and reading)
· Teach German online using online tools and technology (Zoom, Google classroom, MS team) to students who prefers learning German via online mode in the office
· Teach German language offline physically in the office to students who prefer learning German via offline mode only.
· Enhance students reading, listening and writing skills with using innovative methods
· Engage students more and more in various German speaking activities via debate and discussion on different topics of daily lives. Give them confidence and ample opportunities to express their opinions, point of views to make strong their German speaking skills.
· Design supplementary course materials for students for example: examination papers, handouts, essays, quiz tests and extra homework assignments)
· Create a positive, happy and competitive classroom environment for students to make sure students learn German effectively and easily.
· Evaluate students overall learning performances, including grading homework assignments, regular tests and making note of how confidently students participate in discussions
· Interact and solve telephonic or online or any type of in-person queries in the office with a smile regarding German Language courses we offer and make sure aspiring student join our German classes and courses.
· Assist in booking Goethe German exam dates on a timely basis so student can be peaceful for giving their all German levels exam.
· Build confidence in students so that student can study independently and collaboratively in groups
· Translate English documents into German documents for student’s visa purpose
· Speak with student’s parents regularly to make them aware their child’s learning progress with us.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time German language Teacher to teach German offline and online at our office in New Delhi.
· Female German Language teacher
· Fresher / Experienced
· Candidate must be a holder of Goethe German Language A1-B2 Levels Certificate
· Polite, humble, confident and able to meet course deadline
· Presentable, innovative, and use creative teaching methodologies
· Knowledge of Germany’s education system, admission processes, study visas will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a team environment
· Candidate should quickly become conversant with business and market domain knowledge, and more importantly core organizational values!
· Candidate must be based in Delhi / NCR. Candidates who are ready to relocate to Delhi will also be welcome
Qualifications
Candidate must be at least Graduate in any subject
Salary
16000 INR – 25000 INR Per month
Note: Salary is not a problem for the right candidate
