About our Opportunity
VENTORA Glass is a leading manufacturer of high-quality glass products, known for our commitment to innovation, safety, and exceptional customer service. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we have a full-time opportunity to join our industry leading production team based at Rowville.
Reporting to the Afternoon Shift Production Manager, you will be responsible for operating our cutting-edge glass furnace, which is essential to our production process. Ideally, you are an individual who strives for continuous improvement, is highly motivated, passionate about workplace safety and has a 'can-do' attitude. Glaston Furnace experience and LiSEC Automation experience is highly preferred.
About You
Attention to detail and accuracy - committed to work quality
Willingness to help achieve and exceed production targets
Must be able to work in a team environment
Physically fit to undertake manual lifting and carrying tasks
Be a reliable team player who is punctual every day
Must have own reliable transport to site
Must be available to work afternoon shift
